Order Processing

• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time

• Major cities: 2–4 business days
• Other cities and remote areas: 3–7 business days
• Delivery times may vary due to weather, public holidays, or courier delays.

Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on orders above PKR [Amount] (if applicable).

Cash on Delivery (COD)

• We offer Cash on Delivery across most locations in Pakistan.
• Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay for the order.

Order Tracking

• Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (depending on your store).

Delivery Attempts

• Couriers usually make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful, the order may be returned to us.

Damaged or Missing Items

• If your package arrives damaged or an item is missing, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the package.
